Hega provides an AI-powered voice agent platform that enables businesses to automate phone operations including call handling, lead qualification, appointment scheduling, and customer support. Our services include access to our web application, API, and related tools and documentation.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, to impersonate any person or entity, to interfere with or disrupt our services, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to transmit any malicious code. You are solely responsible for all content and data you process through our platform.

5. Payment and Billing

Certain features of our services require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual Property

Our services, including all content, features, and functionality, are owned by Hega and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content that you upload to our platform.

7. Data Processing

By using our services, you acknowledge that voice calls and related data will be processed by our AI systems. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary consents from individuals whose calls are processed through our platform, in compliance with applicable call recording and data protection laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We shall not be liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hega shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hega is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
